2023 Moo Yea Tang Soo Do Regionals
This is the TSDMA’s annual Fall tournament, combined with the MYTSD Fall Regionals! This tournament is open to all MYTSD schools. Register today, come show off your skills in Forms, Weapons, Sparring, and Breaking!

TSDMA movie night - Goonies!
The TSDMA is hosting a movie night to benefit our scholarship fund. Trivia, candy, popcorn, and the Goonies!
2022 TSDMA Fall Tournament
This event will be held at Waterbury PAL Gym ~ 64 Division Street, Waterbury, CT
Check-In and Registration opens at 8am
All adults begin to compete at 8:00am
All Youth Apprentice and Black Belt Divisions 10-11:30am
All juniors up to age 15 should be on the floor by 11:30am
Line-up and opening ceremonies at 12pm
All those who compete in the morning are expected to stay for opening. All Black Belts are expected to stay to help judge. Junior Apprentice and Black Belts age 12 and up should be offering their help in score and time etc. . .
Tournament Registration will increase by $20 on Oct 15th
There will be no Registrations taken after Thursday, the 20th of October
TSDMA Picnic
The TSDMA’s annual family picnic. Bring friends and family and enjoy good food and company.
Outdoor Movie Night
Bring a chair and enjoy an outdoor showing of the 1990 movie “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”. Concessions will be available. All proceeds to benefit the TSDMA.
End of Summer Bash
Join us for out end of summer celebration. Demonstrations, new belts, and food. All students welcome starting at 6pm.
Jane Doe No More
Mother/Daughter self defense Class
Minimum age requirement of 12. This class is for individuals as well, not strictly mothers and daughters.
These classes are free to participants and in high demand. Please make every effort to attend if you register.
Spring Interclub 2022
The Tang Soo Do Masters Alliance presents their Spring Interclub 2022 tournament. There will be forms and sparring for all ranks, board breaking for little dragons, and weapons (not for little dragons).
Concessions will be available for purchase to benefit TSDMA.

Self Defense Skills for Men
East Coast Training Systems has been a leader in self defense training in CT since 2009, their Escape Alive Program has taught over 150 classes and 5,000 participants through out CT and other states. Although most classes are geared to the female population, it has also reached hundreds of me through private classes. Their approach to self defense is based on the techniques from American Filipino Kun Tao, a style born out of practical and effective training for everyday individuals.
Classes run in 8 week sessions on Saturday mornings. Class is open to men age 30 and older.
